Looking to top off a day of gin tasting, we certainly did with a large medium rare Costata steak. One of the most flavorsome and tender steaks we have ever had the pleasure of eating. With a side order of their roast potatoes and a glass of red and you’re in heaven.

Fantastic steak from the Italian Fassona cow breed. We tried the Costata and Fiorentina Steaks (and preferred the Costata) .Try out the Ligurian Pissa for an excellent starter and interesting alternative to a pizza.
